About the session
A one-hour Pilates and intelligent movement session in the peaceful surroundings of Castle Howard Arboretum, with the Arboretum itself becoming part of the experience. Sessions will take place mainly indoors, with some movement outdoors when the weather permits. Please note that participants need to be able to move safely between standing and floor-based work. Your booking includes Arboretum entry and a hot drink after the session.

Cancellation Policy
Bookings are non-refundable. If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your booking once to another available Rooted in Place session, provided you contact me at least 48 hours before your booked session. Transfers are subject to availability. Bookings cannot be transferred with less than 48 hours’ notice or following non-attendance. If Architecture of Movement cancels a session, you may transfer your booking or receive a full refund.
